Terms of Submission

Contact Information Requirement: You must include a valid email address within the event description so that representatives from the O’Fallon-Shiloh Chamber of Commerce may contact you for any necessary clarification or follow-up. Your email address will be removed from the event listing prior to publication and will not appear on the public calendar.

Review and Approval Process: All submitted events are subject to review and approval by designated representatives of the Chamber of Commerce. Submission does not guarantee publication. Events must align with the community’s standards and take place within the geographic boundaries of the Downtown District.

Event Accuracy and Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all event details submitted. The Chamber is not liable for any incorrect or misleading information provided by the event organizer.

Right to Edit or Decline Submissions: The Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to edit, reject, or remove any event submission at their discretion, without notice.

No Promotion of Inappropriate Content: Events that include offensive language, discriminatory content, or violate local ordinances will not be considered for publication.
