Downtown Dog Days

Bring your best furry friend to the Downtown District for all things Health & Wellness!  A pop-up microchipping clinic will be provided by St. Clair County Animal Welfare Advocates on First Street, so if your pet isn’t microchipped yet, this is a great time to do it!  Neutered pets can be microchipped for $10, and intact pets can be microchipped for $15.  Splash pools, ball pits, an outdoor agility mini-course, and outdoor seating will be available for our friends!  Furchild will host a Scrub-A-Thon to benefit pet rescue organizations and members in our community; and don’t forget their Fill The Bin sale, where you can purchase a toy bin for $15 and get and extra 10% off everything you can fit in it!

If you see a gold paw on the front door of a business, that means you can bring your leashed, well-behaved pet inside to shop with you!  Be on the lookout for free treats, samples, and water bowls all over the District.  Various vendors will also be available to give you information on all of the pet-related awesomeness we have right under our noses!  We can’t wait to see you there!
